New Music Monday: Volume VIII
So here we go! First something rather silly and fun, complete with crazy steampunk makeup. Their harmonies are quite good also, and just plain fun to listen to.
Next, one of my favorite guitar players of all time, Phil Keaggy. This guy can put Hendrix to shame. The picture he paints with his sounds in such a short time is really remarkable.
And of course I mentioned when we first started this series that I enjoy jazz. Here is an iconic jazz piece which happens to be a real favorite of mine, Take Five.
Finally, a here is a beautiful song a friend shared with me. I haven’t quite figured out what the lyrics are supposed to mean, but they’re mesmerizing. This song also happens to be the newest of today’s bunch, having been released just recently on May 7.
That’s all I have for today! Come back all this week for more great Team Orthodoxy goodies, and have a wonderful Monday!
