Web Find Wednesday – Catholic Summer Conferences

wEB FIND

Summer is quickly approaching, and subsequently, so is vacation! If you do not yet know what you will be doing this summer, consider going to one of these great Catholic Conferences! You will not be disappointed. They will be sure to give you that refreshment you really need.

1. Franciscan University of Steubenville offers both adult and youth Eucharistic centered conferences. There are six different themes for adult conferences available, happening over for varying dates throughout the summer, all held on the university campus. The youth conference has one theme, this year it is “Chosen”, and they are all held in 14 different locations throughout the US and Canada.

2. Think you know enough about Scripture? Think again. As the infallible word of God, Scripture is, as St. Augustine of Hippo says, “ever ancient, ever new.” The National Catholic Bible Conference is another Eucharistic centered, great place to dive into the Scriptures with some amazing, well known speakers and with lots of other Catholics.

That is it for this weeks Web Find Wednesday! No matter what you do this summer to refresh spiritually, mentally, physically, and emotionally, make you you take some time to “get away” with God.

About orthojulie

I am a 26 year old wife and Catholic, who loves art, reading, doing housewifey things, and the outdoors (when the weather is nice). Though I make bad jokes, I can at least write decent posts for orthodoxcatholicism.com. Take a read and leave a comment!
